Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, shipping and billing details cannot be modified.

Customers are requested to carefully review all details before confirming the order.
Returns & Refund Eligibility (International Orders)
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not offer general returns or exchanges on international orders.
However, we will assist you in case of the following issues:

Product received is damaged

Product has leakage

Product is broken

Product has a manufacturing defect

Resolution Process
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

Partial or full refund, or

Replacement shipment (subject to feasibility and location)
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns/refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind / Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect product selection by the customer

Minor variations in:

Color

Finish

Design
(as all products are handcrafted) -
Natural weight variations (20–30%) due to artisanal production

Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
Customs, Duties & International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are not included in the product price. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused due to customs clearance.
Return Shipping (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a return is approved:

The customer may be required to ship the product back at their own cost, unless stated otherwise.

The product must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days

The amount will be credited to the original payment method

If Indian Art Villa determines that a claim is:
